Hi Everyone,

Well, I've been kind of quiet for awhile (dealing with family issues and a change in my blood pressure meds which completely wiped me out) but things are starting to even off and after a change in my medication, I actually have energy again!! Hint: Place a piece of rubber matting, the kind that goes under rugs, under your hoop when you are hooping your fabric. It works great to keep the hoop from sliding around.
