Can anyone tell me how to re-set my machine to open up to sew? The screen is stuck on a page to enter a certification key for an upgrade that I do not have. I've turned it on and off several times to no avail. My Dealer is unavailable (on vacation) and I am unable to use my machine at all. If someone knows the answer to this, I would be very grateful. Thanks.
