If you have test stitch outs that look good, you can use them by fusing appliqué
web to the back and cut them out close to the stitching. Then apply them to a
project by first ironing them down and then adding a zig zag or satin stitch around
the border. For designs that have a lot of details around the edges, cut them out in
an oval, circular or square shape and stitch them down with fancy stitches on your
sewing machine.
