TIP: Have you ever had to remember which colors you used for a particular design? Keep a notebook and pen/pencil near your
embroidery machine. When you start a design, record the design name and where you found it, if known. Jot down the thread color
names or numbers as you change them and finally list the stabilizer and fabric type. It only takes a few seconds but will really
help when you want to duplicate a design sometime in the future. You could even staple a scanned image of the finished item to the
notebook page to help you find the information more easily.
