Hint: I made cardboard templates to use on my hoops for when I have to use adhesive spray. I use a piece of cardboard at least four inches bigger than my hoop and cut out the center where the embroidery area is. When I have to use the spray I just put my cardboard template on top of my hoop, spray, remove the template, attach my fabric and I'm good to go. No more sticky hoops.
