Hint: I have a problem with my hands, so that sometimes when I am using a pre wound bobbin, it is hard for me to find the end of the thread. I solved this by using a piece of scotch tape to dab at the thread. It lifts it up just enough for me to see where the end is and then I can easily unwind it.
