[EMBROIDERY_HELP] update on my babylock horror story

Just to update everyone as the saga of my Babylock ese2 horror story cntinues. The repair lady called me 3 days ago to tell me she foundmore thngs wrong with my ESE2. Suppposidly the embroidery arm "fell apart in her hand", the bobbin case had several holes in it and also needed to be replaced. I completely understand about the bobbin case, but come on the embroidery arm falling apart?? So now my total for repairs was to come to 559.00. I could not beleive all these things had been found wrong with a machine i had just stitched with 2 hours before my husband took it in for cleaning.
My husband felt something was definately not right and wanted to go to see the machine n peices before we gave made our decision. Well to make a long story short "they were screwing me". Embroidery arm falling apart: The plastic cover came off and needed to be snapped back in place, Belt being shredded: Belt is in perfect shape-no replacing needed, Motor burining up: small peice on the side needs replacing not the entire motor.
So i came home last night with my machine in peices as the repair lady offered to put it back together, but wanted me to return for it in a few days. My husband said we would take it AS IS. He didnt want her working on it any longer. Hubby says he is going to repair this machine himself. I just need to see if i can obtain parts.
I am still considering an upgrade but at this point have to find another reputable dealer.

Thanks for listening,
Shelley
