TIP: If you are having trouble loading a design into your machine it could be something as simple as re-naming the design.  Sometimes the name is too long or includes extra periods which can confuse your machine.  Before moving the design to the machine, right click on it and choose 'rename' and change it to something shorter or without extra punctuation marks and see if that resolves the problem.
