Subject: [EMBROIDERY_HELP] Help with ultra solvy on towels

 

I know this may seem like a strange question, but how do I get the ultra solvy off the back of the towel. I hoop the ultra, wet it just a bit, and float my item onto the ultra and then a piece of solvy onto. When I go to remove the ultra it pulls the towel apart horribly..what am I doing wrong??
