What is it? Foil tissue (Mylar) is not a paper product but
is really a thin polyester film, that in this case has the
look of colored foil, but does not stay crumpled.
Where can you get it? You can find this product for use
with these designs in the gift wrap area of many stores or
in party stores (think of the tissue you stuff into gift
bags for gift giving...you want the foil film version).
