For inexpensive Bling, try using fabric *Glitter* Paint. It comes in bottle with
a small tip so you can outline petals and leaves for example. Put a row of the
glitter paint on the edge of petal or other shape, then take a small brush or
toothpick and draw some of the paint down towards the center of the petal.
