Quick Summer placemats: Take your test stitch outs and mark a

square around them. Then layer a backing fabric, batting and the

stitch out. Stitch a row of regular stitches and then satin stitch

around the square. Trim and you have quilted squares you can

zigzag stitch together for a placemat (or table runner, or quilt or..)
