Many of you know that the Embroidery Deduper was written as the result of many, not always sweet, urges from me to Clayton. It seemed that when the kids requested something special be embroidered for them, I spent hours trying to find the design. By the time it was located, my time for sewing was used up and other chores were calling.
For all of you new embroiders, the reason it took me so long to find a design, was because I had downloaded the same "free" designs quite frequently, not remembering if I had downloaded it before. Ever happen to you? Also, when I purchased new designs, the digitizer had given every format available…I only needed one format, but had to sift through 6 to 8 copies of every design I had, every time I needed to find just one design!
This November both Clayton and I thankfully celebrated another birthday and have both commented on how fast they are coming!
