[EMBROIDERY_HELP] need help with machine

 

i have a pr620 and i had a birds nest in the bobbin, when the machine tried to move it was hung up and made some strange noises and now it wont center, and on some of the thread cuts, it says the frame will move then it moves off of what it was stitching and starts stitching in a place that it shouldnt, i have turned it off and back on and it is still not centered. can anyone help me please i have a few more gifts to do and only a few days to do them.
