[EMBROIDERY_HELP] newby needs help

 

Hello, I have a brother SE-400 which has a usb connnection to upload design from pc. I recetly purchased some designs and I cannot get them to load on the machine or on my ped basic software. Keeps telling me "no sewing data" All other designs I have load fine. I ask the lady I purchased the designs from about this and she does not know why they are not opening. I use pes format and have a 4 x 4 hoop. i really want to stitch out these designs but after 4 hours of dealing with this I think I need to ask for help.
